YOU MAY NEED A POOL SAFETY CERTIFICATE IF YOU MOVE IN BRISBANE
Moving can be quite a busy and stressful time, here is some important information to consider to make your move easier.
If you are planning to sell or lease a property which has a pool, you could be obligated to get a pool safety certificate. When renting, a current pool safety certificate (form 23) is required every time there is a new lease.
We recommend to get your pool fence checked every 2 years, no matter what your circumstances are. It is very common for issues to arise within this time period, especially with leased or rented properties.
If you are purchasing a home with a pool, we recommend getting your own inspection carried out even if there is a current certificate.
