My Wife and I recently decided to sell our house and downsize after we both retired. As part of the sale process, our swimming pool and fence required a current pool safety certificate. Not having needed a safety certificate before, I was at a loss as who to contact. We asked our estate agent if he knew of a certifier in the local area, and without hesitation, he recommended Robson’s Pool Safety Inspections to us.
I immediately rang Nick and organised a date a time for the inspection. Nick duly arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to carry out a thorough inspection of the pool fence surrounding area. Nick explained the rules and regulations of the fencing act to me and pointed out several minor defects that needed rectifying. Nick then offered to assist me in fixing those faults while he was there so that they would be done correctly and so as not to incur an extra cost to me for a return inspection. This offer was greatly appreciated by us.
I must admit that initial I was a bit apprehensive about the inspection process (would the inspector be a grumpy nitpicker?) however Nick soon put me at ease with his patient manner and ability. I quickly realised that Nick was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of his work and not someone to be feared. He is honest in what he tells you and the price he charged was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort he spent on the inspection and rectification work.
I was completely satisfied with the service Nick Provided and would certainly recommend him to anyone requiring a pool safety inspection and look forward to dealing with Nick again in the future.
