Did you know that most tenants have no idea about their responsibilities when living with a pool?

Unfortunately, we have seen a number scary situations as a result of tenants not knowing what their pool safety responsibilities are.

To help you the landlords / property managers and of course your tenants, we can offer you a basic list of rules to quickly and easily help solve any problems. After all, the more they know, the safer they are.

Once certified, pool safety certificates are current for 1 year for a shared pool or 2 years for a private pool.

Did you know that rentals should always have a current safety certificate for a new lease?

When a new lease begins, failure to have a current certificate in place can lead to massive liabilities for you and the property owner. We have a general checklist for tenants we can give to you.

Once a shared pool is certified, your certificate must be displayed somewhere that is easily visible in pool area or a common area like the managers office. See example on the right of this page.

To help you stay up to date we can minimise your work load by sending reminders for your properties, and give you warning before a certificate expires.

We also have discounted return rates to keep renewing a pool safety certificate saving the property owners time and money - ask us for further details.

It's our job to make your life easier!
